Hi there! Thanks so much for visiting my blog! I’m Cherie, the face behind Sweet Rose and Wren. Where does the name “Sweet Rose and Wren” come from? …My two daughter’s middle names. I think that explains right there, what means the most to me in this world… I’m a mother to 4 littles loves (2 boys and 2 girls) All of my kids have nature names. That was not planned. I didn’t even realize it until after our fourth child arrived. I guess it’s safe to say I am drawn to God’s beautiful creations. 🙂 I’m also wife to my Mr. for 11 years and counting to eternity. My family comes first, always. I adore them with every fiber of my being.
I hold dear to my faith, and recognize the love my Heavenly Father has for me, and each of us, his children. Sometimes I don’t feel worthy of my many blessings, but am grateful nonetheless to be able to enjoy all that He has given me.
I’m a daydreamer and am slowly working towards making my dreams a reality. There have been many “pauses” along my journey as I have been raising my little family. But the time has felt right to start progressing into making these dreams a reality once again. Here at Sweet Rose and Wren, you will discover my love for home decor, DIY crafting, photography, birthday parties, and even some of my favorite children’s books. I may be a children’s book hoarder collector. I’d love to share some of our (my kids and I) favorites with you! And so much more of what I love. My content may seem a little all over the place at first, but if you follow along you’ll discover that everything I share has a common place: the Home. Welcome to mine!
